Yesterday, I was in a 2k room just watching for a few to pass time away. I seen a mod come in and talk to someone about some "bad news". This "bad news" turned into a ban for the player because in private he admitted to PGA. Well, here is my theory if this statement came from inside the k-realm I can understand the mods point of view and the ban should hold. If tho by chance it did not and came from a social networking site; the mod has no right to persuade the decision to make a ban on that player. What is your opinions about this issue? I am trying to stay as neutral as possible in this BUT would love to know what others think. Thanks, Mr. Barker

leekstep isn't reliable 'intel' thrax

and monte's personal grudges don't qualify as proof either

but congrats on wrongfully condemning ONlX

Guilty by association

Ps. Jurgen doesn't know what consistency is.

Basically I'd like you all to take the ban time off and not play at all

Maybe some of you really didn't see what they did wrong. So please use the time to do some self evaluation and try and find the difference between pga, extremely exclusive otf (which is not OK and should just be called pga imo) and acceptable otf.

Smurf, if I was going to be consistent, you should be permabanned by now and Curtis would be looking at 1 or 3 months

I would get info from a lot of people, not just Brian. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only thing a schemer likes more than scheming is to narc on someone else's scheme.

I never narc'd on anybody - if I did say something about someone cheating it was probably a grudge thing like what monte would do. Some thieves do live by a code. Don't snitch kids.

I think leek step liked playing both sides. Either because he thought he was so smart he could play everyone (lol) or because he was an unscrupulous narcissist that relished deceit. In either case I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.

Crazy Smurf isin't permabanned? I was pretty sure It was, after veta snitched on mike 'cool g' when they shared screens together and veta went trough his fb account when he forgot to log off.

I'm obviously not talking about ban lenght here Jurgen, I'm talking about you not being consistent as which players you ban and where you draw that fucking grey line that you're talking about. You have been criticized by this countless times before. And you're just brushing it off as it doesn't matter. no one's perfect, I don't blame you. My ban was deserved, and so was probably the rest but don't you find it ironic that, when you ban 5-6 players in one tourney and there's 2-3 players doing it worse in the next, and they don't even get a slap on the wrist?

If you can't do it right, don't do it at all.

OK cool Alex

you know I have no problem banning kostur if I see him pga and I wouldn't think twice to do it if I saw CB pga either.

If it was that clear pga as some of you guys seem to claim and if I would have stayed up to watch it, I probably would have banned it OK?

But I went to sleep, I'm tired of staying up until 5 am in the morning just to check if some stupid kids aren't cheating to get 10k extra of meaningless internet points. I want to be able to play with my kid at 9am in the morning instead.

Again, nobody took the time to videocap this. If after 1,5 years of modding, people still don't know that I won't ban on hearsay but that I will look into any evidence that is sent to me, then that's not my fault. Apparently it was game after game so it was easy to start recording at any given point. Even lots of screencaps were an option although tbh, that method sucks for such important calls to make.

I've asked Ryan for game replays more than enough. We will probably get them on warsocial so well done in advance Dustin.

So basically, because I can't mod 24/7, I shouldn't mod? I live in Europe, so I monitor the European time slot. It would be easier if an American mod could check the grand finale tbh.

So in conclusion, I can see your point of the inconsistency where kost and cb maybe got away with worse. But again, I think the problem there is the lack of good mod tools. But another again, it makes me wonder if it's even worth modding?

I've been where you are jurg. Can't please anyone no matter what you do. Don't mod enough, people complain you aren't around. Mod too much, people complain that you're sucking the fun out of KDice.

Welcome to the whinefest. Enjoy.
