Odie, as I tried explaining before, I was ready to let you get away with your ok-ish otf playstyle the games before until I saw them blatantly saving you. You are 100% right that you did not do anything overly fishy that game. But it felt like a reward for the nice play of the rounds before so to me that qualifies as game to game favours.

I also know about the mess between the "Nuflis-team" and "Vohaul-team" as they fought for first place in 2009. And I also can remember Vohaul screwed me over in 2007.

About the 1k, the first game i played with Vo, he didn't cut ME, we played our game, and i ended up trucing him (even though we were clear 1/2) I would have done the same to anyone who didn't ruin me.

The 2nd game i played with my so called 'pga' was with vo, gurgi, alex. Vo went north killing gurgis land and asked to exchange one after he went through with a bigger stack. And gurgi pretty much dies after this, red and brown? flag 4th and alex and i finish 1/2 'cause we both had flags and 8's.

After this i'm pretty sure it's top 7 already. have you taken a look at top 7? We're all pretty much well known, (i don't know robert too well) At the beginning Robert doesn't 5v4 me round 1 (I GUESS HE MUST PGA US TOO!) and i end up connecting and destroying odie. I felt bad so i just let him live thinking he was going to to east. Gurgi ends up growing and i don't want to go through odie killing him so we end up fighting, he has me beat and is pretty much in control of the board. He tells brighty to kill robert and she does so reluctantly, I finish him off (but feel bad 'cause he didn't 5v4 me) to save time. (gurgi would have gone through and killed him anyway) so now robert pges me, nbd.

After that it's top 5, what the fuck else are we supposed to do when we all got here and we all know each other well. Odie gets out 5th, i end up killing gurgi after Brighty and him truce. Carrie wanted to play the finale so she kicked me off leaving me with 3rd.

Now i accept the ban and everything, because i did play some friend dice. But i certainly didn't pga vo or anyone else. If you didn't notice it was me getting all the 1st's, playing how i normally would.

I can't say anything about the other games they played, only the ones i did. From what i saw, none of us deserve to be banned. Certainly not myself and vo, gurgi got screwed over a few times so idk why you banned him. If B got banned for killing robert that's just retarded, and me not killing odie doesn't mean he should be banned either. I only played a couple games with alex and he didn't do anything suspicious either, PLUS you banned his AIex account who didn't even play.

Now THRILLHO can vouch for this, I watched Carrie play the Grand Finale and almost every game she played kost and cb were either 1/2 or protecting each other until the very end of the tournament. I love kost and cb is meh, he deserves his gold and everything, i don't know why he even played the finale but w/e

damn, i wrote long post, pretty long, 2 times and both times failed to post it, now I will be short (still long but in comparation to 2 before this, short)
1. Odie why you complain? You raped other players not once or twice but hundreds of time (same as me, that you don't get offended) same as any higher table player! So why you think ban is unjustified???
2. I hate hipocracy, when i played with some players in 'OTF' don't want to say names, some still play and when we PGE'd veta he cried how we should stop and that we play in PGA, we all know who Veta is and what he was doing, right???
3. If this shit is tolerable then why we banned DLK??? He just have many OTF, that is all, we do same shit!
4. when we will stop to make difference between players who are contributors, members and other crap's or in other word's who left their money here and ordinary players??? I bet if some 4 random guys come on 2k and play 4 way PGA they would be banned permanently inside 48 hours. But if that do for example Me, Das, Erk and Alex it would be 'OTF' and wouldnt be banned.
Conclusion: If you got banned, take ALT, play ALT till ban expire and then play main again, you are more insane then i was before if you go to argue bout that. You know that you play with someone in 'OTF'.

Here is the issue. Its not the ban itself, the ban is probably deserved (atleast for some of the participants) but the nature in which the month was modded (almost in a capricious nature to get at certain people). If you're going to mod gameplay decisions, you need to start at the beginning of the month, be fair handed across the board for all participants of the month, lay out what type of play is acceptable and what isn't acceptable. If you really think that you got the worst culprits of cheating and schemeing last month, you'd be sadly mistaken. Jurgen you need to be present much more, nip behavior in the bud when it starts at the beginning of the month, if you're going to mod for gameplay. Racism and Pornography are easier to mod, gameplay isn't. To mod one group of players and to leave others (Caesar's ability to get 150k via tourneys and kind play from people towards him, turkish pgas, etc) is capricious in its nature and isn't what moderation for the site should turn into. If you want to mod gameplay, come back and mod full time, and do it to all players across the board, if you don't have the time for that stick to racism and pornography.

but I've been modding for 15 ish months, being present a lot, wasting countless hours discussing, listening to complaints, explaining what's acceptable and what not, talking to people at the tables, staying up late at night, banning if needed and taking the time explaining why. All that hoping people would get the grey line between pga and otf and that Kdice would become a more pleasant place to hang out.

Only the last months have I been less present. Partly because I had better things to do and partly because I'm realising that Kdice will never change. Ryan won't code new things, cheaters will continue to cheat or new cheaters will take their place.

As long as there are no game replays, modding this site will be impossible without endless discussions.

If unacceptable things happened in the grand finale, it's Ryan's fault for not providing game replays and also, nobody took the time to document the possible cheating for me. I freaking stayed up till after 3 am to watch the final 1k, I'm done screwing my sleep to watch the grand finale too.

Maybe this was really pga, maybe it was just unacceptable and very hardcore otf (game after game), bottom line, it simply was too much.

Some people here could do with some self evaluation and ask him or herself if they aren't kidding themselves in telling themselves they play legit or fair. Maybe some people actually don't realise they never hit someone when they have to or do not connect when they have to.

oh and about the bans, I banned alex's both accounts because I didn't want him to play the finale. either he joined before the ban or ryan's ban fucked up again. But I think it's starting to become pointless to only ban the accounts involved. Lately I see everyone simply use an alt to continue playing so what's the punishment worth then? I'm tired of that. No one gets the message of the ban anymore. So I think everyone better take the ban time off entirely so I will ban each alt that I see being played from now on. I can ban them all now if needed but I think I don't have to. All alts that I have to ban extra will be banned for 3 or more months and if I feel someone Just makes meaningless new alts where he/she doesn't care about these being banned extra, the main will remain banned for 3 months or longer .

Pube will be banned for 3 ish days, Brighty has a one week ban since this is her first and hopefully last ban. Alex, Curtis and Vohaul will receive a 2 week ban. Since this is the Xth well deserved ban for Curtis and Alex, I don't even know myself why I don't make it longer but oh well, that's it.

End of discussion for me, not going to respond any more unless there is an important point to be made.

If I wanted to play kdice i'd argue about the length of the ban, but i did cheat last year so it makes sense. I barely played last month, and medaled after only playing two tournaments.

Also, if I play as ccs, starting after your post ofc, which accounts get banned for 3 months, both?

WHAT YOU GUYS THINK, HOW LONG WOULD PASS BEFORE SOME RANDOM 4 WAY PGA WOULD BE BANNED ON 2K AND 5K OR HIGH STAKES TOURNEYS? I would appreciate mostly jurg's response and then from all others... Jurg is one who finally got balls to ban some 'respected' members of 'our community' but I bet that he would ban those 'random guys' even faster and on longer periods. Sam do same pretty hard 'OTF' crap so I think that is main reason why he don't ban anyone, cause he know that he do same shit! Again, I do that also!!! I mention this few times so no one get to offended cause of my words since I am also a part of those 'elite' bitches... Point is, if we play like this all the time, and get one ban per year we should be quiet, keep our mouth closed and say thx for not banning us more often and not protest here...
