you misread what i wrote monte. I took a jab at thraxle because dddy agreed with him. sarcasm isnt easy on the internet, let alone after an all-nighter.

that being said, I personally think neither avatar is offensive or over the top, but if greekboi's was - on the basis of being pornographic then peter's absolutely should be banned too.

i know its a sin in your world to be levelheaded, but from my perspective:

1) you have a valid point
2) thrax has a valid point

i wouldnt be pissed if the roles were switched and you were the mod and banned both avs. or if you said both were okay. i just think its incredibly immature to try to paint this grey area as black and white.

I knew I wouldn't get thraxle to change his mind, but I laid my argument out there for the rest of the community to see. that's all.

i dont really think EVERYTHING is grey, i dont think EVERYTHING is arbitrary. yes there is some gray when it comes to banning cheating, but for avatars? I think you can give pretty clear cut rules on avatars. You guys think Ryan would give a shit about either gb's stick figure ava or peter's ava? Probably not. And I don't either. I just give a shit that one is arbitrarily treated differently than the other.

I want to hear bone-roller's take on why he wouldn't ban peter's avatar because frankly I think me and thrax wouldn't ban either if it was our decision. but maybe thats just a vibe i misinterpreted.

oh and that thrax is just defending the position of another moderator, i dont think thraxle really believes the shit he's saying about gb's old stick figure avatar.
