By the way, don't include my name on your list. I have rarely ever chat banned anyone despite being called every name in the book. About the only word I even think about banning for is nigger since it's basically the most taboo word in the US (for a non-African American).

Since I wasn't claiming that it was illegal for non-African Americans to use the word, I don't understand your question. I didn't say it was legal for African Americans to call other African Americans niggers, I simply stated that it was much more taboo for non-African Americans to use the word. There is nothing illegal about the word, it simply has no place in regular discourse in my opinion.
