Fact: Julie Chen was offended and reported it.

There's nothing wrong here imo. Your argument tends to be that Julie Chen is "fake." REGARDLESS of whether or not Julie is gay, he did the right thing in reporting the offensive things you said. You can't deny that you said them.

Short bans for first time offenses make sense to me in certain cases. Hate speech is one of them.

This ban is stupid, I've seen worse said to the pgay* group, so they def had it out for this guy, I agree he said distasteful things, but he should have been warned before a ban, I mean now whenever people go to his page he looks like an ass, when in reality, it could have been a one game/tourney outburst and he looks like a fucktard now cause of it... I think every single one of us has had an outburst out of rage... I think a warning, should have happened before a ban

Few people check reviews, Taco. poolparty will play again and 95% of people won't know he's ever been banned. How many of you would be aware that I was banned if I hadn't mentioned it in the forums previously? I had a completely bullshit ban (see: the fact that it lasted all of 16 minutes)- no warning, no evidence of anything.

It's not as if he got permabanned for hate speech. It's a short ban that he deserved. Any outburst of rage I've had hasn't made me use racial slurs, or hate speech of any sort. That type of language is completely unnecessary and shouldn't be tolerated.

Thats exactly my point. No one just "accidentally" starts using racist or homophobic slurs when they get angry. The hatred is already there. Same goes with drinking.

Pink_Taco gets where I'm coming from as far as the banning process goes. At least someone can see it from my point of view.

It's not like I'm homophobic or racist (why race is even being brought up here is kind of pointless since it has nothing to do with the situation at all), but I mean just look at the reviews Julie has gotten in that past: all pgas, all backstabs, all things that we should be stopping in kdice. And it's not a once-in-a-while thing either to blame on angry spiteful kdice players. People like Julie and Gauntlet play this game to have fun with each other and annoy everyone else in the process aka trolling. Calling someone a faggot doesn't ruin a game, that shit does. You're missing the big picture here.

Since I got mad to the point which I did, I'm sorry, I really am, but I doubt Julie is sorry for any purposeful backstabbing and pgaing with friends in kdice games at all.

And plus, if you honestly think I was gaybashing you as if I really hated you because you were gay or something, you're out of your mind and, like I said, using it as a fake excuse to get back at me.

A piece of advice poolparty: if you don't want people to think you hate gays don't be calling people faggots.

Also: Backstabbing is not against the rules. The fact that Gaunt backstabbed in that game is not pertinent to this discussion.
