but your issue shouldn't really be with him anyways it should be with jurgen and his policy on warning/bans. |

at 1:07 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT yeah that was actually the other point i wanted to bring up.
jurgen, you didn't even contact me over this at all. i had no idea what was going on until i checked my reviews. you can't just blindly be banning people like that over chat talk, especially without knowing the intentions or the full conversation (reiterating that julie left out the entire first half of our conversation where clearly it was shown i didn't just say what i did out of the blue). |

at 1:25 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT peelparty, I checked if you were online when I banned. You weren't.
Even with all the circumstances preceding the conversation, I would have given a warning. I agree that you might have been better off with a verbal warning and that you would have gotten the point. You don't seem like the a real gayhater so if you want I can unban poolparty (which I intended to do after a day anyway) and comment that this looked like a provoked one time offense. The fact remains that that sounded pretty anti-gay and it deserved action. I have also talked to boogybytes yesterday because I suspected they were doing this for fun. So I hope I made clear there to Julie/boogy that provoking is not acceptable either. @gaunt too: I will help fight gayhate here but please never exploit or provoke it because you know it is a serious matter in RL. If I catch that by anyone, that will have big consequences too. It's actually pretty risky imo to start provoking people to gaybash, risking that this will come out so less might be done about REAL gayhate in the future. |

at 1:45 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT The fact that poolparty was provoked is irrelevant. Gaunt may have stabbed him, but he certainly wasn't forced to start calling us faggots. Read the chatlog:
poolparty: faggot . . . poolparty: both of you . . . Julie Chen: sowut Julie Chen: u hate gay people? poolparty: get a life poolparty: if youre gay i do Julie Chen: yes we are <3 poolparty: then i hate you We provoked his anger, which is understandable given that he was stabbed by Gaunt. But we did not provoke the hate speech through which he expressed that anger. There is no "backstab" exception to the zero tolerance policy against hate speech. He deserves his ban, which I hope will remain in place. The fact that he comes on the forums to make excuses for his abhorrent behaviour merely underscores the necessity of the ban. He remains both arrogant and unrepentant, convinced that I am to blame for his hateful language. Until he understands that he and he alone is responsible for his hateful words, he should remain at least -chat. |

at 2:22 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT I'm assuming that's julie/boogy/whatever and yeah bullshit excuses my ass. the only thing you can ride off of is the fact i said faggot, not like you care i did but the fact that i did gives you reason to try to look like the innocent soul who clearly did nothing wrong in the process and make me look like the mean bad guy who totally deserved it.
you're a fake and you always will be. you and your follower friends can back you up all you want but you know what you've been doing and i can't imagine it's making a positive mark on the community at all. i want to stop playing this game solely because of people like you and i can't be the only one who thinks that. |

at 2:32 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT First off: good riddance.
And second, you need to stop pointing your finger at me and take responsibility for your own words. I urge you to carefully consider what kind of person resorts so quickly to racist, sexist, classist, or in this case homophobic slurs when they get angry. Take a good long look at yourself, and maybe you will understand why the ban was appropriate. |

at 2:42 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT first off: i didn't say i WAS leaving, but you're not helping either
and you again have nothing to fuel your bullshit words but with my own mistake to say something in front of you. you aren't right. i wasn't right back then either but that little insignificance is barely anything past what you do on a daily basis. that being said, i'd love, LOVE, to end this bickering 100% but i guarantee you'll just ignore it and keep on acting fake like you are right now. i absolutely don't consider anything you have against me to be sincere at all other than the fact to create enemies that should be made in the first place. |

at 9:17 AM, Monday July 18, 2011 EDT Jurgen, we did NOT provoke him at all. The funny thing is, I don't even think it was him that I stabbed. I stabbed someone, (which isn't against the rules) and then he started the hate language. He obviously hasn't learned his lesson cause I'm sure if I stabbed him on an alt, he would start the anti-gay speech again. Keep the ban for another day are two to let him cool down and hopefully make him understand what he did was wrong.
