he could make 3 accounts, say mod 1 mod 2 mod 3 and give them mod powers. We all get access to all 3 accounts. From then on, any mod could make an anonymous ban.

I say 3 so more than one mod can be online but one account would do. Yes it's account sharing, if you think you will be proving a point, don't bother.

This solution requires no coding

That would work as an excellent solution. And anyone that would cry about mods needing to do that (shared account) to maintain anonymity is just whining to be whining, imo.

The reality is that those who would enforce the laws must by definition behave and have leeways that the average person does not.

If I see a speeder, I can't match their speed to try to pull them over, I am just a citizen. But a cop can do that, and more.

First off, I would like to throw my hat into it...why you may ask...simple. I'm always around in the early am and notice alot going on. I don't say much anymore b.c. frankly every time I do someone gripes or complains. Honesty will never work here bc so many people on here have good friends which think they know "whats best for the site". I'm just throwing my name in there to be observant to cheating ways(even those damn silent truces...which are pure b.s.). Time for an answer is a good thing but seriously something does need to be done. Have fun and maybe I'll try to rant less.

From reading various comments he has made and playing with him on the tables I think CriticalDog would be a good mod for Kdice.

He seems like a reasonable guy who isn't brain-dead like the majority of people on the site. The only thing is if he was made mod I think he should focus on 500 tables and tourneys as those are where he has the most experience at and general modding of course. (not insulting you in any way here CD btw)

Like people have already said though, fundamental changes cannot be made unless Ryan actually gets off his ass and does something and that is looking increasingly unlikely...

the cabal should be the mods. everyone knows this would work the best.

I'm suggested CD a few times previously for mod.
