Plenty of sites have one account per IP rules.

Typically if you have to have more than one IP per acc or more than one acc per IP you have to get it cleared with the admin.

This system works well. It should be used here if ryan ever wants to make any real money.

I forgot to say that these sites don't IP ban on first offenses. Only ban the account FOREVER. So you can still make a new acc but w/e acc you were using is owned and you can't make more than one acc per IP unless you have specific permission. (Ie your brother plays and you can prove you have a brother)
