I'm sure everyone is right to some extent but you can't physically get into some ones head and know their problems, So people have reasons to be angry or unsuccessful, or wannabe drugdealers, as for hip hop, i think its great , Black people are good with singing and dancing, but then you get black people who do crimes and end up in jail, but it can all happen to anyone, so, there is really no answer due to the probability of change
