This is cute. It's like College students staying up late and fixing the world problems.

Thrax, how do you enforce your rules? How do you enforce non-procreation? It's impossible.

I think you're a deep cynic if you believe that Obama or for that matter any president is as corrupt as you make them out to be. Throughout history some of them have been ignorant of the going-ons of their administrations, buffoons, and sometimes have even used their prestige to their own private benefit (see Bush 41 and 43) - but I don't think any of them earnestly didn't want America to be a better place when they left office. I don't think any president has ever not been concerned with the prosperity of the nation as a whole... sometimes it's the people around them that were the corrupt ones. Specifically I'm referring to the presidents the Ohio 5 got elected, Harding, Reagan and Bush 43 - but I can see how you might think Nixon or Bush 41 were selfish S.O.B.s. I still think they had an earnest desire to improve their country's station though. I feel the same way about Obama and I'm sure if you gave yourself a chance to listen to the man's rhetoric or even his weekly youtube addresses (yes, he still does those) you would think likewise.

How do you enforce laws against murder, theft, battery, speeding, etc.? Nothing is full-proof. We could start by maxing out the number of children you can claim on your taxes. The preferred number would be one, but two is probably a better fit for a max.
