I stand by what I said - anyone who thinks democrats and republicans are the same have a short memory.

That document by the way is from the 2006 republican "play book" and was disseminated to various key figures in the right wing media and republican party. It was written by frank luntz and his think tank before being leaked two years ago. It is understood that these "play books" are written every 2 years (election cycle).
