You must not understand management at all.... Let me tell you... Want to set someone up for failure at any business.... Give them authority with no power. That is what we have here. All the authority with no power. I can ban you but what good would that do? You will just create another 500 accounts and make my life miserable.
I understand my role just fine. I ADVISE on this site. I moderate things when they get out of hand but I am staying out of the bullshit high table drama because it does no good. You people have developed a style that walks the grey line between cheating and not cheating. Basically the game itself has become boring to the top players so now all you all do now is collect points so you can shout at how many points you have gathered. You have developed this style to maximize point gain while minimizing point loss for those that are playing the same point gathering game. I don't want to play that game. I like my role. I look for bad avatars ban the occasional overt PGA at the lower tables -chat people who get out of hand and for the most part people don't. I have whats called a REAL life and would prefer to spend time with my boys building a tree house or playing Monopoly then dealing with the insane drama that this site creates.

I live by this philosophy. I do things that either 1. Make me money 2. Make me happy. this site does the second (It sure as hell does not do the first) and I like being able to be a help to people here have a better time playing this game so I let them play. If Jugen or BoneRoller or Thrax or Sam want to clean up this site of the top table bullshit then fine I will stand behind whatever actions they take. But what 10 or 12 of you all do in your little circle jerk in the great grand scheme of things makes little difference.

The way to end Vflagging is to punish those to do. Used to be a time when someone spread themselves out then flagged everyone shouted Ninjia and killed that person. Then people found out.(I blame Monte for creating Shad) That person is no threat to me so I will leave them alone and get points. The integrity of the game was shat upon (Or Shad upon...) at that point. Now that is all people do. Spread find a big stack spread out behind it and flag. then Bitch highly if you touch them. Roll in the end agiainst someone else or just let the person they flag to get killed by everyone one else while they grow. All of these actions seems to be acceptable now. All of them are shitty but that is the style now.
