4th of july party. everyone drunk. cops involved. someone else says they saw me hit said girl. drunk girl says i didn't touch her. cop says he has to detain me and charge me because he cannot take the word of a sober girl. i get booked. hours later she comes in sober and says i didn't touch her. charges = dropped and expunged.

there are 26 (that ive counted) websites that post mugshots and charges booked on and charge 100 dollars a piece to have them removed. i don't have 2 grand sitting around.

My point: Insulting or badmouthing a person that has been accused of but up to the knowledge here not been proven guilty of a crime is bad style. All of us should just completely ignor this image and story as the entire truth is unknown. Of course domestic violence as described is not tollerable. On the other hand, disregard of persons without secure evidence is not tollerable as well. So - don't beat up people and don't judge without facts.
