As soon as Jurgs requested it, I changed my avatar. Hope you only have to serve 1 yr probation or that the incident ended up being worked out without having to go to court. Also hope you learned a lesson in your ordeal. |

at 10:12 AM, Thursday November 10, 2011 EST But in not ignoring the trolls, he is being trolled. Or maybe he was knowingly trolling the trollers, but the lion knew that jesse would over-counter troll his troll, but Jesse also knew that thrax would troll his untroll and had prepared a counterttroll. Then again the question remains, who's response was the one that wasn't planned and therefore was trolled? Am I being trolled by writing about trolling? Or am I simply writing this paragraph for the sole purpose of exerting my rhetorical pressure on the kommunity?

at 10:53 AM, Thursday November 10, 2011 EST jesse, perhaps a different perspective for you, which i bring from reading 2p2 forums. when someone gets outed over there as a cheater scumbag thief or whatever, sometimes the offended party goes batshit crazy for revenge. most times the revenge is deserved, for large amounts of stolen funds. the most common form of revenge is to basically google bomb these people. the thief's real life info is found out pretty easily online, then hundreds of posts are made basically like this:
(insertRealLifeName) is a scumbag, stole $10k, never returned it. never trust him, he is slime. (insertRealLifeName) is a scumbag, stole $10k, never returned it. never trust him, he is slime. (insertRealLifeName) is a scumbag, stole $10k, never returned it. never trust him, he is slime. (insertRealLifeName) is a scumbag, stole $10k, never returned it. never trust him, he is slime. (insertRealLifeName) is a scumbag, stole $10k, never returned it. never trust him, he is slime. (insertRealLifeName) is a scumbag, stole $10k, never returned it. never trust him, he is slime. like x500. in these cases, the mods dont penalize the poster, because he is outting the scumbag. the reason this method is effective is that it reaches into the thief's real life. nowadays every potential employer googles your name as a preliminary to extending interviews. and its not good when he starts typing your name, and the first few autocompletes and links are referring to how someone is lying cheating stealing thief scumbag. so, i advise against you telling the mods to let this continue. i highly suggest you ask them to enforce silence on the issue, especially since youre about to go jobsearching. i mean, i would understand if the girl herself were on here trying to flame on you. but its ludicrous to invite flames from a kdice community which is full of people who have held grudges against you since summer 2008. that could hinder your real life thanks to the glories of google. sorry for the tldr. |

Arrested is not sentenced guilty. You are suspected or alike, but not a convicted. "Not guilty" until sentenced? Or what was it?

Yeah Louis, this is good in theory, but allegations are usually enough to affect employment and employment opportunities here in the states. This isn't exactly "legal", but if you had a pair of applications in front of you and you Google the two people, one coming up clean, the other coming up with bullshit everywhere, which would you be more likely to interview? |
