You and the moderators who make mistakes and I harp on are not the majority of the community. You are a minority, a very small minority of players - who I might add I do not have a vendetta against. I am simply reciprocating the treatment and attitude you as collective moderators have given me (especially Jurgen). If anyone has a vendetta it seems like it would be Jurgen - who I might add had Hero of Time ban 20 of my accounts on xsketch while I was playing completely by the rules and rather enjoying the atmosphere there. I did not appreciate my treatment.

In summary, I have no vendetta - I am treating the moderators how they treat me.

and permabanned means permabanned: any mod can ban any of your accounts whenever they see fit so you better get used to that.

You cheated time after time, you screwed your last chance, you show no remorse and you don't owe up to anything you've ever done, you keep giving mods more and more reasons to keep you permabanned so you only have yourself to blame for your permaban

I think most of us here would agree it's a little difficult to accept at face value. Given that I'm unable to read minds on the Internet I've little to go on, but you're just a tad too diligent, a little too determined if not showing signs of being a little too obsessive about all this. I'll admit it's not very scientific. More of a gut sense if you like coupled with some common sense observation. Make of that what you will.

Unless you made up a we meaning for "permabanned" specifically for me Jurgen, I'm pretty sure only accounts can be permanently banned - nobody has ever been delegated as a "ban at will player". Yes I have cheated and I have paid the price every time (sometimes even when I didn't cheat). But I'm not cheating now, nor do I have any interest in doing so. In fact my cheating in July was more a favor to smurf than it was out of my own fruition - of course you probably wouldn't believe that because he's your protege or something. Gotta hand it to that kid though, he played you like a fiddle for a while.

Of course we both know what happened when you asked him - he didn't respond/ignored you. Probably because he doesn't care. And guess what, zoid is likely to podium this month now. Seems to me like he doesn't really care and it seems more like you are imposing a new unprecedented punishment: banning me for no reason at all.

So yes, as you continue to do that I will continue to undermine you (especially when you make mistakes). I wil not forgive you just like you don't forgive me, the sentiment is mutual now.

Tl;dr

Permabanned has always been in reference to accounts never players. Some players have been IP banned yes, but they sometimes return and Ryan doesnt care.

Huge difference between a "permaban" and a requested (and Ryan fulfilled) IP ban. The site creator IP banned you Veta. That's the highest death sentence we have on this site. I've asked for IP bans in the past for other players and it always fell on deaf ears. Not so in your case.

So no, I don't think there's an added vendetta against you compared to others. I simply think Jurgen is more of a pitbull than I am (I gave up banning the others I've requested IP bans for).

And by me saying I gave up, it doesn't mean I think they still belonged here, I just got tired of chasing my tail.

I'm not an unreasonable person Rob - I think you definitely know that by now. But I will not be bullied (especially not by Jurgen). Ryan IP banned me because of my association with RND and some funhouse mirror image of what kind of member of the community I really am. Frankly, he ip banned curt and Simon based on this association as well. I don't think it had as much to do with me PGAing with smurf or breaking a "final straw" as much as it had to do with Adam - who Ryan knows personally.

If Jurgen wants me to not harp on him & co. then it's in his hands - he can end his vendetta and then MAYBE I would consider the reciprocation. But for now I will not be apathetic when a moderator makes a mistake or in jurgen's case does something extremely stupid.

There's been no funhouse mirrors. You are who you are. I don't think you're unreasonable, but I've had convos with you regarding your propensity to scheme and cheat. You always told me playing KDice without the scheming and cheating was "boring". Your above comment coupled with your checkered past, admitted cheating, and continued disruption to the site is more than enough for Jurgen to continue his internet pissing contest with you. Your real problem is that you actually believe you aren't a part of the problem and you spend time trying to sell the community on this concept. This is a farce.
