Seriously, why are there so many 100+ threads that are mostly 4 or 5 people arguing with Veta? You should realize that is a waste of your time, you can never win. He's like the really annoying 5 year old brother that just keeps trying to annoy you. The more you react, the more he does it because he enjoys all the attention. Just ignore it. If you want to throw in a quick argument here and there, fine...but you wont get anywhere. To only the mods (mostly thrax and jurgen): Don't feel like if you don't respond to veta, that the community will think less of you. It's not like anyone here buys into the self absorbed ranting he does. If he says something like "crickets chirping, I win" or whatever....you don't have to respond. We will understand. Don't get sucked into all this. I know you guys don't like him and want to put him in his place, but that isn't possible. You have to look at it in a similar way to how one should look at a bully(not that veta is one, he is clearly not)...just remember that his interactions with you make your life slightly worse ONLY WHEN THAT INTERACTION TAKES PLACE. Remember that his life SUCKS ALL THE TIME. The bully has a shitty home life with divorced parents, his father beats him and puts cigarettes out on his eyelids, his entire life is loveless, etc...the only reason he acts like he does is because he is a product of such a shitty combination of life circumstances. Nothing you say is gonna phase him because he has been used to much worse for his entire life. To everyone: Just save yourself the trouble and ignore trolls. Ask yourself why you feel compelled to respond to complete bullshit. Save your breath for legitimate arguments and discussions posted by RESPECTED members of the community. It's just his meaningless convict number :P. I will not -chat -post him since he will make new accounts anyway so the best is just to ignore his presence. It's impossible to completely banish someone from the site unless Ryan starts coding something I suggested him to actually do the permaban trick. So my defenition of permaban is banning the accounts I see fit and when I see fit. I told veta once that he was never going to get a new medal. I don't care if he plays because to be honest I can't and don't want to stop him. But he is still permabanned so I can pull the plug whenever I think it will hurt the most. I was thinking of -play at 9-10k but looks like he lost a bit too much today for that to happen soon. So I guess I can mention my initial plan. Veta can whine how spitefull or sadistic such a type of ban is. It's just part of the fitting penalty for cheating and messing around with this site for so many months. I can't prevent someone to come to the site so I decide not to care about that but instead I make sure the permabanned person will stay punished over and over. He will not know when he will be banned. The idea behind it is to get the person to leave with the limited tools that I have for it. |

Besides I can still give myself a free 5k whenever I want so it's no skin off my back. And yeah jurgen, is a spiteful guy - everytime he posts on the subject of veta this becomes more apparent. His amicable facade is revealed to more and more people. If I really wanted to medal jurgen there's nothing you could do to stop me, let's be honest about that. If I wanted to win the month again there's probably nothing you could do to stop me - if I planned it right. So grow up and be a big boy for once. We're all adults here. Oh and nearly 400 posts over 2 threads doesn't exactly scream concession of an issue does it lol. Take a note out of monte or thraxle's book and try not to be such a jagoff. Although you can't expect that much from eurotrash. |
