ofc OWS has leadership, but that does not mean that the leadership has any other power than that off trying to convince other people.

they are following in part the model of the serbian anti milosowich movement. they had a leadership, but no public leaders.

the job of the leadership was to connect the groups together and act as messengers between the groups.

they made a framework for the movement, but had no power to make people member of not, except for publishing the framework for the movement, so people can judge themselves

yeah, thats my point, they dont have any sort of official leadership that would give 'official' demands as dc said.
