Ruling by the simple existence of a word has already failes when they tried to stop porn in usenet by disallowing "breast" (among other words). And upon semantics you will always have a greyzone where things are not that clear, no matter where you draw the line.

I think, the use of long and complicated words as well as sentences not reminding on Earnest Hemmingway instantly because of their beautiful simplicity and use of fairly limited vocabulary should be bannable. Us non-native speakers won't get it.
