As a parent of a 4-year-old and a 3-week-old I can honestly say that I have no problem with Sam saying what he said if he said it TO ME. He said it in jest and it was meant toward Jona. I don't have the context for the rest of the convo so I can's speak on whether it was provoked or whether everyone lol'd at it when it was said. Would I have said what Sam said? No. Do I give a fuck whether you think I should admonish him or not? No.

By the way, I've heard you say things just as offensive, so maybe you should -post yourself for a few weeks.

Yes and I'm sure I was properly punished - ask jurgen. But I learned my lesson and I keep my language acceptable, and I certainly don't go around saying the mentally handicapped should be left to die - even in jest.

Maybe if Sam was punished he would learn the same lesson, but you condoning his language and behavior isn't exactly helping is it. You're doing more harm than good and considering you're a site advisor I sort of held you to a higher standard than that.
