Yes, some people disagree with me as a person (boogy) and they have voiced their disagreement. Yes, some people are legitimately biased and coming to Sam's defense (bcmatt for instance, because he was unpermabanned by sam). Yes, some people used to cheat with Sam and are his friend and are coming to his defense. Yes, many of the posters in this thread are moderators and defending their own integrity by trying to discredit the point I am making. It's markedly pathetic but that is the state of affairs on kdice today.

That doesn't take away from the fact that simply based on precedents and the circumstances I have given a very impartial analysis of what should happen. Maybe Sam shouldn't have his "friendgots" fight his battles. Maybe the moderators should be consistent, the police are not above the law (rules) and neither should you or Sam be, Rob.

Firstly, and lastly since I'm leaving work early today, an advisor cannot be moderated on his advisor account (i'm the exception since Thraxle does not have advisor status). So a ban can only be doen by Ryan. Please, feel free to e-mail him (again) if you like.

The majority of people disagreeing doesn't make you wrong, but it does mean you should consider it. (See many posts with skrum where he just refuses to back down on something obviously wrong.)

Also, when people disagree with you, questioning their motives rather than their arguments is just not a good tactic.
