Unless you mean to imply (it seems you do or you wouldn't have said it.) that because this site can only exist because of us we are somehow entitled to some "credit" for it's existence ? Wrong. It exists FIRST due to the work of Ryan. Who has allowed its users to continue to frequent it, who DO IN FACT CONTRIBUTE (some) to it being able to continue as it does. But what does this GIVE you in return? Nothing. There is no obligation implied to you whatever. Nada. Squat. In fact should Ryan choose to shut the bitch down. Then what? Well, then what nothing. By horribly mixing levels of abstractions you apply one set of principles belonging to one thing assuming it applies to other things like "government", or in your case "democracy" and sometimes that works, but it doesnt always. But you ignore that hence it all makes sense to you in a mish mashed sort of way, which allows you to you just "bleat" that shit. Words like RIGHTS, bahhh bahhh... almost suggesting they've just fallen from the sky on written tablets. bahhh bahhh. They don't. They're agreements. Even free speech as specified in the 1st amendment isn't some universal RIGHT or law. We've "agreed" it ought to be so because we have a sense it is "just" so it was implemented. But like all agreements it's breakable. Try that with the 1st law of thermal dynamics. You cant. Now there's a law I'll agree does in fact seem to be universal and APPLIES to us ALL.
