Point Whores and Friendgots Beware...

I have made my list and checked it twice, if I see actions and games that are undermining the competitive integrity of KDice I will be banning you.

If my actions seem arbitrary, capricious or personal, they are not intended that way but I cannot watch every game and I am more acting on a history of seeing a player or players refuse to play the game fair and consistently reward friends over what happened in a game.

First time is a week at least, if I take offense again who knows. Test me if you dare, these actions will be based on my own judgement and if you have issue with something I do, take it up with me or if you think I am a terrible mod, take it up with Ryan. Your tears over lost points and the inability to circle jerk games with your friends will not move me. Learn to stop being such twits and learn to play for the sake of competition not just to hold hands and funnel points back and forth with friends.

Oh ok, so you dropped the retarded bcmatt argument and fell back to your same tired retort about structural changes that will never come. What part about you isn't a troll?

I've never understood this bitching and whining about "policies" set out by the "overlords" at any given site which allows for essentially "free" participation by its members. This whole argument I'm seeing here... again... is highly reminiscent of what I witnessed go down at what used to be a rather legendary hardcore /radical political forum website I heavily participated at for several years which walked a pretty fine line in terms of expressing its umm, shall I say "edgy" political views which we all knew drew the attention of "the feds" who we also knew paid regular visits monitoring the content of the discussions. The issue it seemed was always about some sort of "unfair" treatment or injustice being implemented or enforced upon some poor member by the mods when some stupid fuck went over the line, which given the nature of this place was pretty fuckin hard to do. Nonetheless the place really did bring out some of the kooks who simply couldn't understand why threatening to blow up the WH was such a problem. Of course a slew of disgruntled claims would come forth suggesting that some particular banning or ruling was being made "arbitrarily" - or was implemented without just "cause" because the banning or action taken didn't quite meet "the exact" criteria set out in the FAQ or forum guidelines, hence all the pissyness AND DEMANDS made by the members that such and such moderator EXPLAIN his reasoning for such actions.

??

First of all, who gives a fuck. Its a free website who's "ownership" belongs to someone else... not you. Which brings me to the second part, so what if it WAS so-called "arbitrary", again, who gives a fuck. Its a free website who's "ownership" belongs to someone else... not you. Which essentially makes you a "guest" here. And it's that last part that nobody seems to get.

It's my understanding that setting up a website of this nature which essentially allows for free participation is often more fucking hassle than it's worth given all the added bullshit of maintaining it and the inherent need for moderating it because people too often show themselves to be quite frankly fucked in the head when it comes to common sense.

It gets down to this. Don't like the policies here ? GREAT !... Don't agree with the actions of the overlords here ?... Excellent !.. I suggest spending a bit of time finding a place which meets your own personal be it even self centered expectations. With a little effort you should have no problem given that the Internet is a pretty big place. Better yet, go build YOUR OWN WEBSITE. Go thru all the bullshit of setting it up and maintaining it just how YOU LIKE IT. Allow in whomever you like and exclude whomever you don't, sit back and enjoy.

It's only the childish infantile who is offered an open invitation to some place and upon entering the establishment as a guest throws a fit or peas across the room in defiance of the place not being up his liking.

I'll never understand that shit.

I might offer up a suggestion to the owners. Point out something I feel is a shortcoming or not functioning properly and if it simply gets blown off, oh well. But this incessant pissing and moaning about how someones been hard done by in a place no one is forced to stay remains baffling to me.
