But it would be like banning an englishman for saying faggot... its a different connotation. Then again.... do they even say 'nigger' with the same pronunciation in german? Blacks also dont like to be called 'negro' but hispanics say 'negro' because its their word for black and they still refer to blacks by negro. Does that mean that slave owners knew spanish? This can't be a coincidence. And if they knew negro, where did 'nigger' even come from. Obviously negro and nigger are different words by why have 2 derogatory words for the same thing? Nigger is definitely more offensive than negro but is negro offensive at all? Do blacks get offended at being called negro by a white person? What about by another black person?
