Get real. Some insulting helps to channel frustration about bad luck, bad gameplay or bad taking a seat at a pga'd table. It is much better to write some quickly vanished bullshit than to go mad in your car or grab a gun. If you really get offended that easily (come on, some loser that's angry doing his best to insult you, can it be more amusing (and yes, I often am that loser) - start laughing at the idiot), maybe you need therapy yourself.

Let's make it more simple. You have a national problem with being called nigger. I don't. I have a problem being called Fascist or Nazi - I guess that's quite common in Germany. Most other nations have neither of our problems. They have hard feelings about other expressions. Why should your feelings (you are a minority after all) be binding for all? There is no reason for that. As this game is open to all the world with internet access, we'd have to agree on a world wide ethics for bannable insults.... This will not work out. The alternative is to mute the idiots and just don't care a lot.

You don't think that you will change some idiots attitude towards any ethnic group or other minority by banning him from some online game, do you? If he/she really loves to play, a new account is made quickly. So, facing the fact that you won't change the idiot nor prevent ongoing gameplay of the idiot - why do you engage at all?
