I hope you really got some things off your chest because you would deserve that, certainly because of all the great things you have done for this site. Don't get your hopes up about getting through to him though.

I still hope you could one day actively mod again and help out from time to time with some of the reported cases in the forum because we simply are short on active mods. But I do understand your reasons why not way too well. There are a lot of things I learned from you as a mod. First of all, on how to try and be fair and consistent. Also on how to be accessible to people with complaints and actively trying to discuss with the community to try and make this site a better place.

I just hope I will be able to avoid the things that got you demotivated: constant whining from all sides, trolls, lack of mod tools, having a hard time contacting the site creator.

On that last note, I am gonna write Ryan a mail today, hoping I can get a response and some changes even.
