The fact that you are even willing to take suggestions for an alternative is proof enough that he's losing a good deal of his '08 voting base.

Except his '08 voting base will still vote for him despite lower confidence simply since the likely alternative is going to be so far from the moderate center to feel comfortable with anyone but Obama winning.

The problem is the likely alternatives to Obama are far worse then anything Obama is, real or fabricated by the media, politicos.

I never spoke of or bought in to idealistic hyperbole, yes I am disappointed in Obama's inability so far to change the how our Federal Government functions, I will in no way feel bad about voting for him again looking at the likely alternatives.

Obama has no political skill or capability. He never served in any significant political office long enough to gain any real experience. He tricked the country once, I really don't think he'll do so again, now that they've seen what their folly has wrought. He's done more harm to the country than any president I know of. Only complete fools will vote for him again.
