Symutard may or may not be his friend; but he is a complete f*cktard as well. |

at 6:10 PM, Saturday May 14, 2011 EDT No worries; Jurgen. I'm going to take a stab at solving the problem myself. I think a useful greasemonkey script can help discourage racism/etc with a community based system.
Imagine this; you are flagged second and are waiting for the game to end. While stacking and waiting; you notice that this new greasemonkey script detects that your friend was back stabbed by the current 1st place. You build up and back stab the current first place; "That's what you get for back stabbing [your friends name here]." or "That's what you get for calling me a [racist remark] 7 and a half months ago. Thought I forgot?". Suddenly racist remarks and back stabbing is not so fun any more. This KDice collective memory isn't that hard to produce; it just requires me to learn how to do greasemonkey scripts; which is pretty simple (just javascript). |

at 6:14 PM, Saturday May 14, 2011 EDT hah, funny examples.
although be careful that the tool isnt used to promote "friend-dice". and backstabbing ofc is not against the rules. but it would def happen less if people were given the capability to see who backstabs more often. |

at 6:33 PM, Saturday May 14, 2011 EDT The tool will be a more advanced version of the review process. Call it a collective memory with the ability to filter based on trusted vs non-trusted sources.
My intentions are for the tool to be used as a way of avenging bad behavior. If you are anything like me; I get stabbed or someone mouths off to me; and I instantly forget the person. Sometimes they get a chance to stab or mouth off to me again because of my ability to forget people's names. This will make it impossible for anyone to avoid the negative consequences of their actions; regardless of what it is. |

at 7:50 PM, Saturday May 14, 2011 EDT good job. for pointers, get in touch with either kakku man or StormLord, as they have done extensive greasemonkeying themselves. im sure they would have good advice on how to make your code cross-platform executable too.
