Requesting mods to review longhair's (aka murti) gameplay on 2000 lvl maps. If he plays legit without any pga, fine. But two games now he got silent truces on the boogybytes 2000 lvl map. Gameplay seriously questionable.

Silent truces with players you know is questionable and gives a group of players who play the 2000 level tables an extreme points advantage (if you play a number of 2000 level maps with a group of friends against those who don't know your friends, your point advantage will increase tremendously).

If this is now considered fair on kdice, I will make note. Last time I checked, it was pretty much FFA, but if we are now doing teamplay....

Also the two games where there were silent truces for one of the two games, I both verbally and actually flagged (3rd I think) and it was disregarded by the allies even though they had 1st and 2nd because they wanted their friend who was 4th to get 3rd. Is this considered fair, too? There was a mod who watch partially the matchup (but not the whole match) so they couldn't give their full opinion but there was talk of a possible 1 day ban.

As long as this is brought to the attention of the mods, I'm fine with the rules by the mods, just as long as it applies to all. Thanks all.

I think "silent trucing" has gotten a little out of hand because people are getting butt hurt when they thought they "silently" truced me and I turn around and push their shit in.

The 2k and 5k crowd is a very small portion of the general kpopulation, I imagine I have played over 1000 games with a few of them at this point, we can read each other and can predict how we will respond. It isn't fair to someone who doesn't get this, it never has and never will be.

I have rewarded noobs over friends that thought I would side with them but the noob has to be quick on their feet and smart or it isn't worth my time to be "fair" with them. I play aggressively and most often very decisively I try to avoid waffling unless I am stalling or something similar.

I watched the end of the 2nd game and I saw you get fucked, I think you capitulated to 3rd a little too late but yeah you got hosed. To be honest erkan37 or whatever (who truced murti in this game) is a good example of a player that takes being cool and nice to friends too far. I am sick of seeing it, and I am getting closer to fighting to ban it and it won't be 1 days either, everyone needs to man up and start being careful with how friendly they are to "friends". You don't have to fuck your friends over but you shouldn't be going out of the way to the detriment of your own game to avoid hitting them.

I think there is a key difference between a player that will attempt to work with anyone given the right situation, and a player that will NEVER attack their friends.

Screw your friends, this is a war game! It's fun to kill your friends. :)

There are ways for Ryan to "quantify" the likelyness of a player to attack another player but it's one of those utopic tools that will only happen in 2075

let's skip round 1 and 2 % but from round 3 on, you could keep track of the % of rolls you made vs each player.

You should not count rolls that have no importance for this tendency (vs grey, 8v8 when 3 or less players are left, -X rolls).

anyway, might need tweaking but the idea is to focus on the really important rolls only, the ones that can give an idea on how likely A attacks B.

After some data gathering to see how the histogram for this % looks like (I suspect something peaking at 18% then some results above 18% (pges or experienced vs new players) and a bigger portion below 18% (friends). I think it won't be a prefectly symmetrical bell shaped curve peaking at the expected 16,667% because there is more otf/pga compared to pge.

so then you can set a percentage that is considered to be a ridiculously low attacking percentage and activate the RLA ban
