As a site, there isn't anything fundamentally wrong with it. I just think some parts of it are sort of stuck in a "transitional" period.

I think Verms makes some awesome points, and a lot of those points could be achieved within this forum with a little work.


The bottom line is: is that work worth it? If it includes implementing a forum like vbulletin or whatever, probably not. Those forums require a stupid amount of upkeep and a lot of people to vigilantly moderate them.

As it stands now, moderators need to be moderating games and not forum postings. I guess theres a fine line between improving this forum and making the jump to a new one... and at some point in time a decision should be made as to what to do to improve the quality of the site.
