Dubai's real estate bubble is about to pop. Many developers have gone broke in their pursuit of building up the desert. Home values have plummeted. I expect their growth is gonna grind to a halt.

China is struggling to find ways to invest their money because they are at the peak of a bubble like the US was 5 years ago. Right now its coming back to the US in the form of funding for real estate development activity that has been on hold in the US due to the lack of available financing from our banks.

The next decade and probably the next two years will be decisive. Be patient.

I only hope is that it won't finish with a new global war when the USA will realize they're really done.
