For example Germany even loses population every year and it's a rich country. In the USA, some states in the east lose population too and just not because people move.

More advanced societies usually have families where both parents hold jobs, which keeps the family size smaller as they can't afford child care for more than 1 or 2 kids. China/India/Phillipines is not anywhere near as civilized as the West, which is why the restrictions are in place for population control. Otherwise they would breed themselves into oblivian.

you appear like you have never traveled to china, but only read articles about it online. shanghai is the most westernized city in china (excluding perhaps the new hong kong). and you choose the 99.9% most extreme example, and claim that the entire country is like that. have you ever been to china? have you ever been to the hundreds of other million-people cities that are basically rundown industrial factories? have people accused you of being a chain smoker because of how black your lungs are, when in reality you have merely lived in a chinese industrial city for 2 years and breathed their air?
