Wrong. First of all, DLK was one of the strongest players at the table at the time, also toad had nothing to do with it at the time, so he did well also (think he got 2nd). Yes we just got done talking about how we all hate DLK and how he ruins the game (someone actually disagreed and said they thought DLK spiced up the game, which I definitely can't disagree with after this thread) and sure enough, within about 5 seconds of each other, DLK sits with two other people, one of which was the other person we were talking about hating.

I actually never had a problem with DLK until he announced to me that I was one of his PGEs (two to three months ago), not that I played with him a lot. I thought that was funny, since besides knowing his reputation, I couldn't even remember the last time I played with him and there aren't too many people in this game I get into arguments with other than people I feel are cheating or abusing trust/the system.

Like Thraxle, to this day I don't have many PGEs. I purposely try to avoid playing with people I don't get along with, mostly because I know they're either cheating or trying to aggravate people. If I do land in any game with either of these people, I guarantee I will act the same way I did in this game.

DLK sat with 3 known PGEs. PGE's attack their enemies first, typically. So, as others have said, of course they are going to gang up on him. DLK should have not sat at a table where he's a for sure target by 3 of the people at the table.

I would not classify this as a PRE game alliance. The game starts, PGE's notice you're there, an alliance is created against you. That is definitely an IN game alliance.

Another big difference: PGAs are silent and no one announces that they are in a PGA, which makes them nasty. I'm sure the chat log of this game would show that the 3 accused talked about allying against, hence not a PGA.

not just the aforementioned irony of being the objective observer when he PGAs with DLK all the time. but trying so very, very hard to write well and failing miserably.

don't worry BAMMBI, if you ever make it to uni they'll teach you out of the the high school tendency to use flowery language in an attempt to sound smarter. it's not good no matter what your english teachers say. you'll be a much better writer when you realize this.

i'm done here, just a general PSA about the dangers of trying way too hard to sound smart when you write.
