I was among the top 3 in the 100 Nightly of Wednesday June 10, 2009. The other 2 were xxSacredxx and Lemonion. They blatantly PGA'd and killed me so they could get the top 2. There was many witnesses, such as 5er and dana22 who watched the ENTIRE game and can confirm this. Oh also, phatony was there too.
Please mods, for the sake of KDice, and for the sake of those who win rightfully, PLEASE serve justice to these 2. |

at 11:55 PM, Wednesday June 10, 2009 EDT It's not that I am protesting, I don't think I did anything wrong - the thing with me is I am unsure if I actually did anything wrong.
There were others who were watching the tourney as well dana22 phatony 5er IIRC, they were there (part of the last 6 in the tourney) and they may have some input as well. As I said, if I broke the rules, I will accept the punishment - bear in mind, I am unable to debate what happened as I was listening to both Batallion & Sacred, as well as other folks watching. At one point I killed Batallion as it seemed the option that garnered the most "upvotes". I killed Sacred onetime, and it seemed to make more sense to kill the bigger threat (as Sacred had almost no points and had a stake in killing Batallion more than me). Also the mouthy part of the chat bugged me. The biggest deciding factor on why I targetted Batallion was that he was rude, bullying, boastful, and generally douchey all around. If you want character references, there are a few folks who have left reviews regarding my style of play. I like to think I play with honor, and certainly appreciate it a lot. At worst, feel free to punish me, but leave Sacred out of it, as she was helping a noob out and doing nothing more than Batallion in trying to sway a n00b. The difference? Batallion failed as he had zero tact in verbal persuasion - aside from threats. |

at 12:26 AM, Thursday June 11, 2009 EDT How dare you accuse my fair friend of playing the game in any other manner than a fun and socially respectable one.
This false report has myself very doubtful of Kdices so called "justice" system. Honest players whom are socially active should be given at least some benefit of the doubt, for it is my understanding you have banned Lemonion for 7 days. this has left a small community, (or large group of friends) rather disappointed by this unfitting punishment for the alleged crime crime. Please respond to registered email for I believe it paramount Kdice Administration take this inquisition seriously and the games social environment serious enough to reply to me personally in effort to resolve this problem to prevent the good nature of this application being demised by anyone further, I thank you for your time, Steve |

at 1:19 AM, Thursday June 11, 2009 EDT And today one of the PGA's is probably Death Engineer and SpeechRocks. I got 'accidently' hit by Death Engineer while SpeechRocks was saved for the next round...
It's not allowed to provide favors based on previous rounds, is it? |

at 3:46 AM, Thursday June 11, 2009 EDT So 3 players left in tourney, a leader, a challenger and a small guy without shot, yes? Then I believe it´s natural to keep giving the small guy 1sts or even truce him. That´s hard to resist and I doubt it should be considered as wrong-doing. I think many players do that silently just because it makes sense each game.

I think this statement needs to be clarified. It's a very thin line between good tournament strategy and PGA once you get down to just 3 or 4 people left in a tourney. If you're playing to win it, it's natural for the two underdogs to gang up on the powerful player. And since you're going to continue playing in the same table with the same players, how can you not allow previous games to influence current games? In my opinion how can it be called pre-game alliance when it's an in tournament strategy that was not arranged prior to the tournament starting?? |

at 8:57 AM, Thursday June 11, 2009 EDT Even if this strategy is considered to be kosher, you have to ask the question on when it becomes OK.
When there are 3 players left? When there are 5 players left? Final Table? And wouldn't pre-existing PGA's automatically truce each other, excluding anyone that isn't "in" that group? "pre-tourney conversation" Player X: if you make the final table with me, we'll truce and take 1/2 Player Y: sounds great Player Z: if I make it too, can we make it a three-way? Player X: sure Player Y: well, if we see each other before the final table, let's help each other get there anyways Player X: good idea Player Z: I'm in It's as if you guys want to loosen the grip of what is and is not considered cheating. |

first of all i'd like to point out that with revealing your identity you have lost a great deal of your authority. I mean hell, you were the MOD! the one and only KDICEMOD! Now about this issue about allying somebody untill all others players are dead. Its cheating. Its a fucking game-to-game favour. period. Tourney strat justifies trucing one and the same person in consecutive games, but only as long as both are weak compared to the other player(s). |
