I have to agree. Batallion = DLK = any number of other worthless nozzles that deserve to be given 7th in every game. This community would be much better off if the mods simply globally banned every account that is linked to him. There aren't many players that I believe should be universally banned, but Batallion/DLK is certainly on the list.

In light of some conversations I've had with people who were watching the games, I'm deciding to hand down the same punishment as I did yesterday to MissZata and Gengar. Game-to-game trucing with the same player for the purpose of eliminating another player is not allowed in tournies. It is a form of PGA.

As for Batallion, if a few people will please confirm that this is a DLK alt I'd like to know about it. Especially since both the Batallion account and the DLK account played in that tourney. That would signify either account sharing or playing more than one account in the same tourney.

Sitting multiple accounts in a tourney is a bannable offense and I haven't really paid much attention to it. Perhaps that will change now.

i thought you said you can check ip addresses. you really should try and make sure that batallion isn't dlk before handing out bans

the only person to influence your decision was leek step, if you were concerned with finding the actual truth, you would've consulted with more than one person and the actual people that were involved. You haven't asked me anything.

'modding kdice' has turned into punishment from hearsay? and if you wanted to punish people that actually cheated, there are a number of people with top 25 accts that should be banned.

Did you talk to 5er, bc last night he attested that it wasnt cheating. It's obviously a grey area, and more people said it wasnt cheating. and I know without a doubt it wasn't cheating. Nevertheless i've never heard of someone being convicted bc of a hung jury.

Lemon doesn't seem to be protesting very hard, but if people actually come forth in your favor with valid arguments, perhaps it will sway my choice.

There are times when I will make mistakes because I am only one person and cannot watch all the games as they unfold. If there is a group of people that feel something wrong has happened, I will do my best to hear both sides of the story. In the absence of anyone judging in your favor, I have no choice but to err on the side of safe which is to uphold the ban.

Unfortunately I have found that a good majority of the community cheats whenever possible. In a witch hunt, some innocent people get burned. If my decision is wrong, sacred, I apologize.

I dont think you or Lemonion should be banned and I specifically recommended to Mod that you should not be banned.

Could the server be set up such that the chatlogs and moves of a game be recorded, and later replayed by a mod? If so, all we would have to do is submit a game for review with good explanation, and you could quickly see if it justified punishment (which should be more bans and less timeouts IMO)

Disappointed you're not kdicefreak though (or are you?), I thought his hatred of boobs, begging to be a mod, and the top 3 unluckiest people having boob avatars last month were too much of a coincidence. Guess god doesn't like boobs either.
