Top Player Culture Change

Things have dramatically improved this year for the culture of the top players. The improvement is these players being more interested in playing a good game than favoring their friends to get a higher rank.
However there are still a few top players around that get ahead by favoring each other. I'm surprised they're still able to get away with this. I see it as lame. Most other players do to. Yet they are still able to get away with it. It's important for the better players to look down on this type of play because I can't monitor every game. Things need to change at the top tables. To players should feel confident in pointing out this cheap style of playing and acting accordingly. I'd like people to post here if they're interested in helping to change the culture at the top tables. The goal for the culture at the top is to respect a good game and see players who need extra help to win as poorer players. |

By taking away the "top player culture's" points, you are giving them more reason to be dependent on each other to get points. I say it was a noble way to punish them, but in the end only makes the problem worse. It's like taking the drugs away from drug addicts. It's a quick fix but the addicts will only act out more to get their fix. |

The very next game I was fighting the person that I would be PGA'd with in your world. As for you being edgy, meh, call it like I see, doesn't mean I am always right.

Anywho, not my point. My thought is that, if the top players really want their medals to mean something, play against each other, not just in the tourneys. How else will we find out who's the best out of all of us? The last player I can remember who has recongition and very little hand in previous or current bullshit, is Grunvagr. There's a few who still get respect from games I've witnessed, but really, think about it. Please, think. it really takes away from your "status" if all you do is chum around. |

Monte i saw what you did, and sam never truced with teal, you later included sam in your truce. you know good and well what you did in that game was bannable, and if not bannable still lame and ugly. i dont care if you look out for ppl, that's fine. my pt is dont try to call ppl out when you and sam do it all the time. same goes for sam. |
