Perhaps the greatest show in the existence of television? I think yes!

at 10:13 PM, Wednesday October 22, 2008 EDT if arthur can only steal natural powers, perhaps that explains why he didn't take angela's power, maybe it's artificial...and that would explain how they had a non-hero baby. (nathan)
But it doesnt explain why peter lost all his powers...some of his absorbed powers are artificial...like nathan's ability, clair's, etc. and some of sylar's ability. I think that Peter had to lose his powers for the show to work. Such an empath is pretty much indestructible, and ruins a story line bc everyone wonders...why don't he just use his abilities to rule the world. I think that the timeless motto "Save the Cheerleader, Save the World" is coming back. |

at 10:21 PM, Wednesday October 22, 2008 EDT Been doing some research. No spoilers read. General consensus is that angela's powers are natural, same with arthur. But powers are recessive. Meaning that even with two parents with the gene it's possible not to have it. The general consensus is that claire is natural not artificial. So my bad.

at 1:32 PM, Tuesday October 28, 2008 EDT so its tuesday cody! how was your night? I myself found it annoying that matt doesnt know the speedster is lying. hes the mind dude. but i guess hes blinded by loooooooove. also do you think the injection in peter is how he gets his powers back? and do you think peter will get his same absorbing ability. or will it somehow activate something different within him?

at 2:17 PM, Tuesday October 28, 2008 EDT I love the speedster though, but matt and Hiro are the only two for sure good people in the entire show. Everyone else is all wishy washy. Is Pineherst good or bad? Who knows. I'm thinking that he gets his original power. My reasoning is, that the injection doesn't just randomly inject powers. It activates the gene. So if someone didn't have it active they would get the power they would have if it was born active. Since Peter was born with empath, when he gets injected, it's still the same gene. It'd also be hard for him to be competitive without being an empath. Who knows though. It would make sense though that his father isn't "stealing" the powers completely, rather just deactivating the gene when he takes them. Which means peter still has his powers, he just can't use them.

It is these times, not the present, but the past, that heroes have existed. But what if we had heroes now, not in the history but in the future's history? That would be truly heroic."
