for the record sylars ability is much more complex and cooler than just taking abilities. he craves to understand everything. and in turn has taken abilities. but yes i see what your saying, totally makes sense. so has the future been altered now. because future peter def. had abilities. or are we to assume peters powers will return.

I understand the complexity and coolness of sylars ability, was just using the aspects of it that applied to that part of the discussion. The future has changed a lot even before that. Considering sylar never had claires power in the future. I would still assume peter is going to get his powers back just because he is one of the most popular if not THe most popular character in the show.

true true true. i hope you werent using my way to describe sylars ability sarcastically. because its just my favorite ability so i wanted anyone else reading the post(prob. no one, maybe CS the closet heroes watcher) to know how interesting sylars ability is. but yeah i agree peter will get his powers back. hey and didnt Parkman lock his dad in a mind fuck or whatever those two do earlier?

Heh I wasn't being sarcastic. Sylar's ability is awesome. I think he did. Maybe arthur helped. Clearly Arthur had a mental power already due to the fact that he communicated to Adam. And it must be powerful since parkman was afraid of him. He wouldn't be afraid of just the absorbing ability, because it required physical touch, and arthur was hurt at the time.

peter hasnt always been able to use the absorbed powers easily. Think abt the invisible guy from season 1.

that would make sense. okay another thing, did adam monore have the same ability as claire you think? jw because i thought claire was different. like would arthurs ability be able to take claires? and when you think were going to meet barbara?

Not sure on the barbara thing. I was discussing the difference between adam monroe and claire earlier. It's possible that Claires being difference comes from her power being artificial? Maybe arthur cannot take artificial powers.

oh we know that claire was artificial? like the company gave her her ability? i dont remember learning that. I think claire must be different from adam monroe. because sylar couldnt even explain it, and he should be able to explain anything after looking at the inside.
