3 small changes for july

1. more 1500 tables and 1600 tables too
2. score is now calculated as 1/(rank+1) instead of 1/rank. This gives a bit less to 1st place. 3. flagging can't start until after round 10 |

A reduction to something in the range 6-8 would be good. If people want to cheat they can sit out and be autoflagged after 3 rounds. |
