ryan seemed to have abandoned us. is he too busy developing other games? is he too busy entertaining advertisers? or is he too busy designing the new look for kdice?

there are lots of problems (listed below) with kdice lately…..ryan, please please take a look at them…….or at least let us know you will…..please

1. lag (it’s been ther forever)
2. failure table callback (on both kdice and gpokr)
3. failure to end turn
4. the thread bug
5. the score not registering bug
6. roll (and cards) does not seem to be random…..as others have pointed out, you pretty much have a great chance losing a 5v4 attack

kdice is dying…….please help…..i love this game……

Back to the topic:

1) I don't have problems with lag at all.
2) Don't know what you are talking about.
3) see 2)
4) see 3)
5) That happened to me once but was fixed over night. No points were lost. However, the Career-Stats seem to be frozen in July or something.
6) Well, I keep complaining about my luck quite a lot myself. And I will keep doing so, because complaining aloud helps to compensate the frustration of an unlucky loss. However, the problem with the luck-stats is that it can't account for "semantics". Losing that 5v3 in 1st turn is lethal, your game is over. As stated you won't see the lucky rolls in turn 4 and 5. You experience this as extremely unlucky and memorize it. In turn 23 when you basically own the board and just grab some gray ones for dom, losing 5v3 is not important and thus not registered... I think the randomness is ok, series however seem to be surprising sometimes (like 20 8v8 lost in a row).

DON'T QUOTE ME WHEN I COMPLAIN NEXT TIME!

As for the number of players - how many of these 50k are active and how many of them are alts of the same 30 persons? Stats on this are difficult to get I guess.

i just can agree with dizzle. i got lots of starts hat sucked because, i got territorries spread all over and/or my only big stack (such like 4stack) is blocked by other 4 stacks, which forces me to use 4v4 to get anything more than a 2territorry connect.
so its often 50/50 at the START.
this seems weird for me.
