Alright, time for official nicknames for dicestacks. People give suggestions then at the end we pick the best ones.
here are my suggestions # of dice - that stacks nickname 1 - nugget 2 - buckteeth 3 - tripwire 4 - toothpick 5 - L 6 - foam hand (think we're #1 one) 7 - good enough 8 - mallot Example: (of something you could hear in the chatbox) Red attacks yellow 24/48, 24/42 HAHA! my good enough broke your mallot or someone's 4 stack loses to a 2 stack woot, my buckteeth snapped that toothpick The possibilities are mindboggling (<--- that one's for you hart) Take it away! |

2- deuce? I got nothing 3- strikes, hat trick 4- battleship- boardgame piece had 4 holes, I think 5- tetris- it definitely works better here 6- smokestack 7- dwarves 8- 8-ball? magic 8? It can't be Chuck Norris because that would imply that Chuck Norris could ever be defeated, which is impossible. |

How? |

at 7:34 PM, Wednesday February 21, 2007 EST 5 is the stereotypical tetris piece, besides there are so many other possibilities with 4, it would be a waste. Maybe not, though.

What? No, it's not. It's totally not. Tetris, as in tetra - four. Every tetris piece has four pieces. |

at 7:49 PM, Wednesday February 21, 2007 EST I meant the shape of the stack of 5. In tetris you almost never get a straight line, it's always crooked, like a L or a J. I can see your point, though, maybe I'm full of it.

at 9:53 PM, Wednesday February 21, 2007 EST no, we've agreed Chuck Norris CAN NOT be the 8 stack, because 8 stacks do lose on occasion (ie, other 8 stacks)
are you implying chuck norris can ever lose? hah! though a good concept, clearly by the fact that 8 stacks do lose it cannot be chuck norris. |

at 10:28 PM, Wednesday February 21, 2007 EST For eight, I like Twin-Towers, but it's a bit much. It's better if it's one or two syllables, for something like this. Until a shortened form of this is provided, I am forced to provisionally accept Columns.
