Today the people are exciting with the new scoring system, so this thread should be a bit lack of timing.
Kdice is a social game and making friends is a nice side-effect of the game. But sometimes a grup of friends can act like pre-game alliances. Old and experienced players react with anger o disdain against those noobs who accord pre-game alliances, but on the table the same players decides allies and targets according to friendship criteria. Sometimes, three or four players attacks jointly a fifth only for the mob pleasure of to drive out the stranger one. For example, some minutes ago and with no apparent reason, three players, qwertqwert, montecarlo and tharris7 attacks me. I was no the strongest nor the weakest. When I ask for the reason, they uses the mute function. When I was defeated, they surrender immediately. Of course, there is some difficult to establish rules, game mechanism or ethical laws about friendship or personal charm, but I see often this behaviour, mainly in the 1900 tables. |

Monte asked me to PGA him. He was in the corner and was hoping I would protect him. I cut him and ruined his game. He bitched and bitched. |
