It would be pretty coool to have your own set of dice colors (sorry, I'm not colorblind though). However, there's a problem with two things:
Is it possible,
and what to do to if someone else has the same or similar set of dice (a real BIG problem if playing on the same table)

Love Dice Wars, and heard Kdice was awesome. Too bad it's UNPLAYABLE if you're colorblind. :-(

use symbols and lines along with color. example would be make all blue sections have // going through them. All gray sections have o's in them. and so on.

why don't you just add striped colors. like, yellow with black zigzags or something of that nature. Patterns. like was mentioned above.

use white (or other colour) that sybolises your own peices and every thing else the same, for all players, only on the board. so every one is white() exept to everyone else.

i completely agree, im red-green colorblind and its really hard to see sometimes, just make them more distinctive not shades...
