Problem A: Anyone with an account over 2000 already knows a problem with kdice. The 2000 tables take too long to fill up. Sometimes, they take over half an hour to get a game going. 2000 players obviously care about there rank, otherwise it would be very hard to get to that level. So they don't want to risk playing at a lower level table, yet they also don't want to wait for ages to start a game.

Solution A: Many of the 2000 players have created "second accounts". They play on these accounts when the 2000 tables are filling up too slowly. It is much more enjoyable to play on the second account, because games fill up in an instant.

Problem B: Now, everyone plays on their second accounts all of the time, and problem A is amplified. Let's suppose person A goes onto kdice, and there are no 2000 players. They go to their second account, and start playing. Person B then sees no 2000 players, and does the same thing. Even if 7 2000 players eventually log on, a game never starts for this reason. Now there are even fewer 2000 games.
