Looks like there was a bug with the map flipping when a 7 player table started. The timer is off for now until that is fixed.

Timers are great since most of the time we need to wait quite some time to get 7 players around the same table.
With this timer at least we can start as long as we have 5 players around.

Maybe not a bad idea for those (frustrating) times when esp. 2 and 5 k tables hardly fill..
yet I dare predict this would also lead to a whole number of new issues..

e.g. point funneling on a 2 or 5 k table with 3 players .. besides - how do you intend to distribute points (reduced amount?) and generally outrule that from happening ?

7 players on a table are quite the strongest guarantee for fair play. ( and even there -as we know from experience - things occur)

If for example on a table of 2, 3, 4 or even 5 players only 2 players secretly collaborate in a clever way (blunt PGA or even only more smooth and less obvious OTF style,
( or make it just 1 player who additionally uses a proxy)

their likelihood and chance to succeed with the cheat is > 50% imho

How do you want to outrule / control that ?

Hey Ryan, there's a glitch where if 6 people sit and one gets up (who isn't brown) the game populates the map for 5 people and doesn't include brown

I like the idea a lot and I think it should stay
The implementation can always be perfected

I agree that 3-4 players games and map are weird (they're ok in end-of-tourney scenario but not that much in regular play); also they're easily subject to pga and grinding

so IMHO the minimum number of players should be 5

It's nice to cut the wait and 5,6,7 players variations are actually interesting without perturbing the game

While you're at it - dunno if it's a good idea - but what about the minimum number of players before countdown could be selectable in some way?

And... support for 3v3 team game? ^^

tl;dr: its nice, keep it on
