The kdice leaderboard is about as much use as a chocolate teapot.
I've just looked at the February 2013 results, and , amazingly, the guy in 5th had a points per game (ppg) of -82, and even more staggering is that the guy who came 60th had a ppg of -288 (well done bro!) ..and....if that wasn't bizarre enough, 3 of the top 100 players didn't even play a single game??? (chocolate teapots are available at Walmart $0.99) |

at 5:58 AM, Saturday March 2, 2013 EST I suppose it's because they are members. Means you pay to get points for your money.

at 8:32 AM, Sunday March 3, 2013 EST Jurgen, you were one of those who didn't play any games AT ALL in February on the leaderboard, but you still managed to come 55th! Thats some nice moves, bro.
So, basically, the trophies that players have don't always reflect how well they PLAY, but sometimes reflect how well they PAY (like in your case?) |

at 9:08 AM, Sunday March 3, 2013 EST It's true I don't play a lot. I don't see why, a monthly competition is pretty boring after you played it say 50 times.
Now I just play the minimum needed to keep my medal streak going (5 months away from Jesse's record). Don't get me wrong, I think gaining all your points from members only to win a top 3 isn't very special but on the other hand, I don't see what's wrong with supporting the site with $30 a year and getting some points in return. And why complain about people with -ppg? It's a good thing for non-members that some of the membership points change owner in the regular games. There are other members who didn't make it into top 100 , also with a -ppg. More free points for the non members. Being good or bad has nothing to do with being a member or not. The fact is that the members with hardly any skill won't gain despite being members. The more skilled members will win points, regardless if they play member tournaments or play regular games. |

at 9:15 AM, Sunday March 3, 2013 EST also, le0, I checked your stats
you total about 20k in points after playing a few years, more than 1000 games total so basically, am I to conclude that you suck and will never get a medal? even if you pay for mebership? |

I dont know whose stats you checked but they weren't mine, Jurgen. I joined in February 2013 (last month), and have played less than 50 games so far. Put your specs on , bro ;) |
