at 12:04 PM, Thursday January 17, 2013 EST DRONE PILOT: Commander, it seems we have an irate German lamenting the global superiority of American morality on an internet forum, please advise.
COMMANDER: Roger, captain. Why don't you load up one of those missiles with the big black penis drawn on it, and fire it directly into his lederhosen. |

at 12:45 PM, Thursday January 17, 2013 EST Louis; I think you might be a bit confused about how Freedom of Speech works. Freedom of Speech only applies the relationship between the US Government and it's people.
Therefore the US Government cannot restrict someones Freedom of Speech. However it is purposely within any American's rights to restrict speech within their private property. Therefore I have the right to kick people out of my home for using speech that I do not allow. KDice is no exception to this rule. Therefore KDice can restrict speech in any means it wishes within the confines of this website. It is literally impossible to commit a 'freedom of speech' crime as a private citizen. The US 'bill of rights' is a restriction on government power and is not applicable to it's citizens. Hope this helps. |

at 4:43 PM, Thursday January 17, 2013 EST Kdice is registered in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania anyway. But yeah DC summed up Freedom of Speech in the US pretty well, many people have misconceptions about it.
