GG, I was really worried after going down 14-0. Things can really get out of hand quick in the playoffs. If Lynch doesn't pick up that Wilson fumble and run it for 20 yards it could have been over at 21-3.

Yeah, there were a couple bounces that went your way. C'est la vie. RG3 at 80% was more than enough to move the football, but on that second scoring drive when he went down without getting hit I knew he was done. Cousins should have played the final 3 quarters, but RG3 was a bit too prideful. An endearing quality, but to a fault this time.

He was a shell of his normal self after furthering the knee injury. Hopefully he (as well as Davis, Orakpo, Carriker & Garcon) will all have a nice, relaxing, and recoverful offseason.

lol Marcus Vick. I liked Ron Mexico for when he went into Green Bay and destroyed them in the playoffs. That was sick. Favorite Falcons memories are from the 98 season though, and beating Culpepper/Moss so that we could all laugh at Eugene Robinson ($40 for oral sex to an undercover 'prostitute') before the Super Bowl that we all knew we could never win.

True story. I have a friend who went to Virginia Tech and is a huge football fan. He convinced me to play in a best ball tournament at Kingsmill hosted by Mike and Marcus Vick. This was the year after Vick left Tech and was primed to be on the PRACTICE SQUAD for the Dolphins. It was a nice tournament and Kingsmill was gorgeous as always. We were actually grouped right behind Bruce Smith's foursome. The guys in our group kept goading me on to hit into them...

After the round they had a really nice dinner and then an auction of a bunch of items that went to Vick's charity. Some of the items were very nice like a 4-ticket package to a Falcons game in one of the sky boxes along with a tour of the facility by Vick himself pre-game. That went for about $10k (the place was swarming with rich fuckers.....not me). After about $100k in money raised they came to the final item of the night.....an autographed Dolphins helmet by Marcus Vick. Not a single soul bid on that thing other than his mom and Mike's girlfriend.

Unrelated......on the ride home was saw a teenage girl get steam rolled by a white van. Pretty traumatic shit. She survived, but got fucked up in the process. That whole day was a mindfuck.
