No comments, forum contributions, reviews have ever been removed befor afaik. It has always been claimed that it is not possible to do that for any normal player or mod.

So this is quite an impressive occurence that is asking for an explanation.

The easiest one is that you have full access to the databases storing the reviews either because you own them or you hacked them. Can you offer another one?

Your announcement that all reviews and forum posts of a person posting facebook links will be removed pretty much sounds like a simple SQL statement searching for the author ID and just deleting all. That's a quick and good way to handle that problem (if you see it as a problem) and given the average content of reviews and forum posts the delivered damage is limited.

It also explains why no single reviews/posts will be removed.

It still requires appropriate access to the database though (UPS - shouldn't say that, Guantanamo is waiting).
