I liked the "delusions" part of Sam's posting. While he judged those a precondition, he rendered it neither a satisfying nor a mandatory precondition - only "helpful". You therefore can not conclude that anybody here really has a huge ego from the presence of weird self perceptions. But then, we already had these reading issues.
