Any game that is centered around a protagonist who complains about killing people, but kills people the whole game (I'm looking at you Cecil) is extremely annoying in my book.

Ff6 was so long and intricate, and had one of the bigger twists that I've seen in a game. I mean how many times does the villain actually succeed in destroying the world and becoming a Demi-god, and then you have to spend the next 6 hours Of the game gathering up your party to attempt to kill him?

Chrono Cross needs to be mentioned here.

Chloe, Cambs, Super Mario RPG has got to be one of my favorite RPG's to date. Paper Mario is incredible too.

Joe, I've literally spent hundred of hours play FF tactics for the ps1 and psp.

Wild Arms 3 was my favorite out of the series.

I love everything about the final fantasy series. Except for maybe the online ones and Chronicles.

My opinion, the one's for the ps1 were the best. Everything before and after weren't as good as those ones.

FF13 was too linear... it shouldn't be linear. That said the fight engine was amazing

All of the ff storylines are linear, it's just that 13 had 0 side quests until you played 10 hours worth of cutscenes
